We understand that preferences can change, and orders may need to be canceled. Here is our cancellation policy to guide you through the process. 

Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

You may cancel your order within twenty‑four hours of placing it, or before the order is dispatched—whichever comes first. 

To request cancellation, please email our support team immediately. 

If your request meets cancellation criteria, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method. 

Refunds are typically processed within five to seven business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. You may instead refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return once the product is delivered. 

Order Modification 

We do not offer changes to items or addresses once an order has been placed. If changes are necessary, you must cancel the initial order (if eligible) and place a new one.
