Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. If eligible, you may initiate a return after delivery.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. The amount is credited to the original payment method used during checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact. Returns should be initiated within the return window from the delivery date. Items showing wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
