Eligibility for Returns  

Products must be unused, unwashed, and remain in original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.    
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.  

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. To begin the return process, please contact our customer team within this window.  

Returns not meeting these conditions will be refused.  

How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Request  

Send an email with your Order ID and reason for return justclickinnovationsprivatelim@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Evidence  

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos to expedite processing.  

Step 3: Follow Our Instructions  

Once approved, we’ll send detailed return instructions.    

Returns that fall outside our guidelines may be rejected.  

Refund Process & Timeline  

After we receive and inspect your item to verify it meets return conditions, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection.  

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within five to seven business days.  

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

Items that partially meet return criteria, such as minor damage or missing packaging—may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item  

If you receive a damaged, flawed, or incorrect product, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence. Once verified, we will process either a refund or replacement.
