Shipping Locations 

We currently provide delivery across all postal codes within India. We do not offer international shipment at the moment. 

Processing Time 

Orders are usually processed within one to two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the time your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with full details once processing is complete. 

Delivery Timeline 

Standard shipping typically takes three to eight business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier service and destination. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, recipient not available, or refusal to accept the shipment, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You may request a re-delivery thereafter. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic evidence. In case the shipment is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund after verifying the issue with the courier partner.
